Private Therapy
Standard Session Fee
Individual therapy, 50-minute session

Reduced-Fee Availability
Create & Connect reserves a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for clients experiencing financial barriers. Availability varies by clinician, service, and the number of supported spaces currently open.
Reduced fees are determined through a consistent practice policy to help ensure fairness and sustainability. If cost is a concern, you are welcome to ask about current availability during your initial consultation.
Other options that may help make therapy more accessible include shorter sessions, meeting less frequently, or reduced-rate services with a student or intern when available.
Insurance
How Payment Works
Create & Connect is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly.
Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Upon request, we can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement is determined by your insurer and cannot be guaranteed.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted when permitted by your plan. Payment is due before or at the time of your scheduled session. We accept card payments through electronic invoices, as well as cash or check.
Create & Connect Therapy is not affiliated with insurance companies because we believe the highest quality care comes from being fully accountable to our clients, not to labels, diagnoses, or third‑party control of your care. By remaining independent of insurance, we protect your confidentiality, tailor support to your unique needs, and ensure that your care is never dictated or limited by insurance company control.
